Catchka: You know what is more pathetic than sad? being a demon grasshopper from the dirt and mud and skankiness.

Kate K.: at least a grasshopper can sing. a fly just buzzes and lives for like 3 days or something.

Catchka: Sing? Is that what you call it?
By the way, demon flys are immortal and also have great snarky commentary.
Grasshoppers can suck it and also, they die when summer is over. Interesting.

Kate K.: grasshoppers do not stay too long at the fair.... unlike immortal demon flys who just don't know when to call it quits.
oh, and the commentary... you say snarky, i say sophomoric. you don't know the zen of the grasshopper. you can't touch this!

Catchka: Oh, silly grasshopper.
What you call zen is actually ennui.

Kate K.: i believe you have me confused with your demon self. the grasshopper is jealous of no one!

I wonder if they die faster in New England than MD?

Kate K.: why don't you look that up on hte internet since you're so fascinated with me and my death patterns. myopic demon fly!
