Also, I'd just like to say that we signed the lease yesterday. Woohoo! Our realtor, Nick, is so adorable. He's an above-middle-aged Greek gentlemen who is so nice, and still has his accent. He made the process a lot less painful than it has to be and just thinks Tef and I are "very nice, very sweet girls". Cool.
